RiderDash Vehicle Integrated Smartphone-Based Dashboard System for Delivery Riders in India

Abstract

This project explores the design and development of RiderDash, a vehicle-integrated smartphone-based dashboard system aimed at improving the day-to-day work experience of delivery riders in India. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and convenience, the system is designed to address common pain points that emerge during order delivery processes such as distraction from on-screen interactions, lack of transparency regarding delivery locations, and fragmented user flows across multiple apps.
