Abstract

In the age of AI, the leadership advantage lies in human presence, moral courage, intuition, and storytelling. It’s possibly the only advantage no machine can replicate. The real danger of AI is not that it replaces leaders, but that leaders begin to replace themselves with automated thinking. When we outsource judgement, meaning, and responsibility to systems, we abdicate our agency.
