Abstract
Hotel booking in India has seen a rapid shift towards online platforms, making it easier for
travelers to plan their stays. However, this convenience is largely limited to metro and Tier 1 cities. In contrast, users in Tier 3 cities often face unreliable listings, language barriers, and poor service quality. This project focuses on understanding and addressing those challenges.
