Abstract

Management’s fascination with neuroscience has grown, in recent times, and there has been a lot of talk about ‘getting inside the heads of the employees’ to make them more productive and loyal. One of the strands of this trend is the call to tap into the right—the emotional and imaginative—side of the brain of the employees.
